Shipping & Packaging
Tonerprice.com® ships from 5 warehouses nationwide. Whenever possible, you order will ship from the warehouse closest to your shipping address. In the event that an item is not available at the shipping hub nearest to your location, we will automatically ship your item from the nearest facility that has your item(s) in stock. All ground orders over $75.00 are shipped via UPS or Fedex at no charge to you ( excludes Alaska and Hawaii ). Additionally, we offer 3 day, 2 day and next day air shipping. All shipping costs are calculated in real time via UPS. To obtain a shipment tracking number, please access your account here, or call us at 800-500-3038. Shipments do incur damage during transit from time to time. In the event that the shipment appears damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/PO addresses at this particular time. Please provide us with street address and include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure delivery. Tonerprice.com® is not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, or packages damaged by the elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped due to customer ordering error, an additional shipping charge may apply. Both UPS and FedEx are our preferred shipping vendors. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Products returned due to ordering error must be in new, unused condition to qualify for refund or replacement. We are sometimes able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control. However, shipping refunds for circumstances beyond our control are determined on a case by case basis.
