FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS, COAST2COAST TONER PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING WARRANTIES:
- OEM toner cartridges……………......................90 days from purchase date ( Refund or exchange. Full credit )
- Remanufactured or compatible toner cartridges…….365 days from purchase date ( Refund or exchange. Full credit )
- Compatible drums, drum units and image units…….180 days from purchase date ( Refund or exchange. Full credit )
- OEM ( Genuine ) Fuser Units, Transfer Units, Maintenance kits or any parts or machine components……………..Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.
In the interest of customer satisfaction, Coast2Coast Toner will often ship the replacement product to the customer before receiving the return item back from the customer. After the customer has received the replacement, Coast2Coast Toner issues a “call-tag” to have the return item picked up from the customer.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM TO COAST2COAST TONER WITHIN 30 DAYS, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED OUR PUBLISHED WEBSITE PRICE FOR THE REPLACEMENT ITEM.
FOR ITEMS BEING RETURNED DUE TO CUSTOMER ORDERING ERRORS, OR OTHER CONDITIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL, COAST2COAST TONER PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING RETURN POLICY:Coast2Coast Toner accepts returns on all unopened toner cartridges purchased from us, provided that the product is returned in a saleable condition and is unopened. To qualify for a return, products must be in the same condition as when they were originally sold by Coast2Coast Toner.

- OEM or compatible drums, drum units and image units....…Due to the sensitive nature of drums and drum units, coast2coasttoner.com does not allow returns of drums and drum units.
- Fuser units, Transfer Units, Maintenance Kits or any other parts or machine components………Due to these items being non-returnable to manufacturer, no returns are accepted.
CONDITIONS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
All returned items must have a return authorization number provided by Coast2Coast Toner. To receive an authorization number, please call us at 888-777-9921 or email us at: email@example.com. No returns will be accepted after the warranty and / or exchange periods listed above. Please do not write “R.A.” numbers on the product packaging. Please write “R.A.” numbers ONLY ON THE SHIPPING CONTAINER. Return items with writing, labels, or any damage or defacing to the product packaging will not be accepted.
All returns must be packaged in cardboard shipping container. Please do not ship return items in product packaging. BOX IT UP PLEASE.
