TONERPRICE.COM REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

For items that are incorrectly shipped by us, we will exchange for the correct product you ordered at no cost to you. You must report the shipping mistake to us in writing within 30 days after the product is shipped.

For items that are ordered incorrectly; to qualify for a refund or exchange, you must notify us in writing of the mistake within 30 days after the product shipped. All items returned due to customer ordering error must be unopened and in like-new condition. Additional restock and/or shipping charges may apply.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

All return authorizations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

All credit memos are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and are valid for future purchases from Tonerprice.com only.

All returned items must have a return authorization number provided by Tonerprice.com.

No returns will be accepted after the warranty and / or exchange periods listed above.

Please do not write “R.A.” numbers on the product packaging.

Please write “R.A.” numbers ONLY ON THE SHIPPING CONTAINER. Return items with writing, labels, or any damage or defacing to the product packaging will not be accepted.

All returns must be packaged in cardboard shipping container. Please do not ship return items in product packaging. BOX IT UP PLEASE.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE

Tonerprice.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time if it is deemed to be fraudulent or malicious in nature. We also reserve the right to close any customer account(s) deemed to be duplicate accounts or accounts created with the intent to accumulate complimentary rewards points for the purpose of transferring those points in to one account and used as a purchase discount. In the event that an order is canceled for these reasons, the customer will not accrue any charges and their account(s) will be closed.
